Longtime Taste of the Nation supporter Urbana Restaurant will be hosting a night to remember benefitting Taste of the Nation Washington DC. Join four chefs from DC-area Kimpton restaurants, including new chefs at Urbana and Zentan, for an intimate, 4 course dinner that brings together a bounty of local produce and seasonal ingredients. The diverse team of chefs are united by a commitment to seasonal ingredients that celebrate local farms and purveyors, as well as a stalwart commitment to the Taste of the Nation mission. The night will begin with a cocktail hour featuring a signature creation from Urbana head bartender Obi Emenyonu. Each course will be perfectly paired with award-winning artisanal wines selected by BRABO by Robert Wiedmaier Sommelier Matthew Carroll.
